If a customer receives a defective product — whether the transfer or embroidery was applied incorrectly, or the garment (hoodie, t-shirt, or similar item) arrives damaged — we will send a new replacement piece.The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost from their business to our shop in NYC or Florida.Returns will only be accepted for customers who used Sezzle, Klarna, or any approved payment application.For more information: 347-517-1725

Sandy Reyes has been connected to the printing world from an early age.
Back in 1997, he began working at a New York City advertising company called Spectacolor, which is now known as Clear Channel Outdoor. During that time, he supported the art department as a graphic artist, while also assisting with various clerical tasks.His father also influenced his path in the industry. Since the 1990s, his father worked as a foreman at a packaging company in Brooklyn called Burton Packages. Growing up surrounded by colors, artwork, and production, Sandy naturally developed a deep interest in design, printing, and marketing.This lifelong exposure is why Sandy has always been passionate about printing, creativity, and visual branding.
